As a daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I have always been powerfully self-motivated in my pursuit for greater heights of success to honor my family’s history. From graduating from Harvard, to landing my first job at Bain & Company, to making my mark at a national level as a Forbes 30 Under 30 founder & CEO of my first company, Omsom — I have not stopped pushing for greater and for more over the past decade. I launched Omsom nationwide in Whole Foods, Sprouts and Target, then after 6 years, sold it to a public company in June 2024. Having sold 5m+ units and garnered 20B+ press impressions, Omsom was named "Most Innovative Company" by Inc and "one of the best cooking products" by CNN. I've been named “a viral startup star” by Fortune and Inc Female Founders 250.

But throughout this journey, I was constantly at odds with myself. As a sensitive, thoughtful, and empathetic soul, I had become skilled at suppressing and rejecting my internal experience in service of short-term productivity and projecting misguided ideas of confidence and strength.

It wasn’t until I learned to embrace my innermost truth — who I truly am and what I have to offer the world — that I was able to reach the next level of profound personal and professional growth.

Now, I coach and advise visionary founders and leaders to discover their unique zones of genius and honor their own needs — all in service of unlocking the highest potential in their work, inner world, and life.
